"Jo has come to the rescue, again. I was feeling deflated as my weight was plateauing and I was restless about what and where my future life lie. Having a few more extra sessions with Jo has helped me focus in on what really matters and get myself back on track, food and wellness-wise, whilst putting several niggling areas of my environment right. These frustrations were pushing me back towards comfort eating and the likelihood of yet another yo yo diet disaster. Her common sense and caring approach has stopped that in its tracks. Thanks Jo."
